Additional fees or charges by your lender may apply in the event that you are unable to repay your loan in full or if you make a late payment. If you don’t pay your loan according to the terms then your lender and/or any assignee(s) will be in accordance with the principles of any applicable federal regulations at all times. Lenders may attempt to contact borrowers via one or more authorized methods, including phone calls and emails, to arrange for payment. Your lender may charge you late fees, send your account to a collection agency, report your information to a consumer reporting agency which may negatively affect your credit score, or offer to extend your loan which may cause you to incur additional fees, charges and interest.
Americash Advanced does not provide a renewal or extension for you and lenders have renewal policies that vary. Your loan agreement may give you the option to renew your loan manually or automatically. With every extension or renewal, a new finance charge (“Extension Fee”) may be assessed by the lender, and the re-payment date may be extended until the borrower’s next pay date. Finance charges are usually calculated based off the remaining balance at the time the loan is extended or renewed, so any payment made on a loan before extending can reduce the renewal fee and the amount you owe. You should check with your lender to obtain full details on their exact extension and renewal policy.
